e-Office

To apply for a name-based email ID for e-office, follow these steps:

  1. Download and Fill the Form: Obtain the “e-Mail Creation : Form : Individual User ” and fill it out completely.
  2. Get Approval from Office Head: Once the form is filled, get it signed by the respective office head of your department, along with the date and seal.
  3. Obtain Nodal Office Email ID: Retrieve the nodal office email ID of your respective department from the “e-Mail ID Creation : Nodal Officer Details “.
  4. Submit the Application via email: Send a scanned copy of your application to the nodal officer’s email ID, with a CC to District e-Governance Manager (degmchi@mp.gov.in). Please note that the application must be sent from the designation-based email ID of your respective office head.

To apply for bulk email IDs for multiple employees in your office, follow these steps:

  1. Download and Fill the Bulk User Sheet: Obtain the “e-Mail Creation : Bulk User : Sheet” and fill in the details of all users.
  2. Print the Filled Excel Sheet: Take a print-out of the filled excel sheet.
  3. Download and Fill the Bulk User Application Form: Download the “e-Mail Creation Form  for Bulk User ” and fill it out. Note that Single form needs to be filled out by the respective office head for all applicants.
  4. Get Approval from the Office Head: After filling out the form, get the signature of the respective office head of your department with the date and seal on the following documents:
    • Filled e-Mail Creation Form for Bulk User
    • Print out of the filled excel sheet
  5. Obtain the Nodal Office Email ID: Retrieve the nodal office email ID of your respective department from the “e-Mail ID Creation : Nodal Officer Details “.
  6. Email the Application: Send the following documents to the nodal officer email ID of your department with a CC to District e-Governance Manager (degmchi@mp.gov.in). Please note that the application must be sent from the designation-based email ID of your respective office head:
    • Seal and signed copy of the application form (as .pdf)
    • Seal and signed copy of the filled excel sheet (as .pdf)
    • Filled Excel sheet

To initiate the process of updating email profiles for multiple employees in your office, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Download and Fill the e-Mail Profile Updation Form: Download the “e-Mail Profile Updation Form” and fill in the details of all users who wish to update their email profiles.
  2. Print the Filled Excel Sheet: Take a print-out of the filled excel sheet.
  3. Obtain Approval from the Office Head: After filling out the form, obtain the signature of the respective office head of your department, along with the date and seal, on the following documents:
  4. Submit the Application: Send the following documents to the District Informatics Officer’s email address, dio-cdw@nic.in:
    • Seal and signed copy of the filled excel sheet
    • Filled Excel sheet
