To apply for a name-based email ID for e-office, follow these steps:
- Download and Fill the Form: Obtain the “e-Mail Creation : Form : Individual User ” and fill it out completely.
- Get Approval from Office Head: Once the form is filled, get it signed by the respective office head of your department, along with the date and seal.
- Obtain Nodal Office Email ID: Retrieve the nodal office email ID of your respective department from the “e-Mail ID Creation : Nodal Officer Details “.
- Submit the Application via email: Send a scanned copy of your application to the nodal officer’s email ID, with a CC to District e-Governance Manager (degmchi@mp.gov.in). Please note that the application must be sent from the designation-based email ID of your respective office head.
