What is the Tamia Marathon 2025?
The Tamia Marathon 2025 is being organized jointly by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department and the Chhindwara District Administration as part of ‘Sewa Pakhwada’. This event will not only provide an opportunity for runners to showcase their physical abilities but will also give them a chance to experience the natural beauty of Tamia.
Event Details:
- Event date: Saturday, September 27, 2025
- Start and finish point: P.W.D. Rest House, Tamia
- Start Time: From 7:00 AM
- Distance: 5 KM, 11 KM and 21 KM
Prizes and Honors:
This marathon is for both male and female categories. Winners will be awarded the following prize money:
21 KM Marathon Race
- First Prize: Rs. 31000
- Second Prize: Rs. 21000
- Third Prize: Rs. 11000
11 KM and 5 KM Marathon Race
- No Cash Prize, only Certificate
In addition, all participants will be provided a certificate for their participation in the event. This event is a significant step towards promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging tourism in the region. All interested runners are requested to ensure their registration is completed on time.
