Chhota Mahadev Waterfall
About 2 kilometers down from Tamia Resthouse, in dense forests, there is an ancient Mahadev temple known as Chhota Mahadev. Reaching here is a bit difficult, but stairs have been constructed by the forest department. As you descend, the sound of continuously flowing water from the mountains can be heard. The natural scenery here is worth seeing. The Chhota Mahadev Waterfall is located near the Mahadev temple. This waterfall flows throughout the year, although the water level decreases in summer. The height of this waterfall is approximately 35 feet. Besides its natural beauty, it also has religious significance. The best time to visit here is after July.

Chhindwara can also be reached via Bhopal or Jabalpur, which are also connected by air to other major Indian cities. After reaching Nagpur, Bhopal, or Jabalpur, one can only reach Chhindwara by road or rail.
